By accessing or using our website https://www.mohonmedia.com and our services, including but not limited to photo and video services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). 2. Services

We provide a range of photo and video services, including but not limited to event photography, portrait sessions, video production, and editing services. 

 

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking: To book, contact us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.

3.2 Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made [at least 14 days] before the scheduled date to receive a refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than [14 days] before the scheduled date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds for Services not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content, including photos and videos, created as part of our Services remains the property of [Mohon.Media] until payment in full has been received.

4.2 License: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered photos and videos for personal use or as agreed in the contract. Commercial use requires additional licensing.

4.3 Use of Materials: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the materials without our prior written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your event or session, including but not limited to date, time, and location.

5.2 Access: You must ensure that we have access to the location and any necessary permissions to perform the Services.

5.3 Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.4 Payment must be received by the term stated on your invoice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohon.Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our Services’ use. Our liability for any claim arising out of our Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
